From player feedback and our data, we realized the early game was a bit too tough for new players. Short sessions and early frustration meant some Seekers weren’t experiencing the full adventure, so we’ve adjusted the starting difficulty and polished the UI/UX to make your first steps smoother.

Here’s what’s included in this update:

🔹 New Content

Added “Tutorial Mode”

A guided, step-by-step introduction to your first battles, card mechanics, and basic strategies. (This has been the most-requested feature from our community!) Steam post image

🔹 Optimizations

Reset Starting Difficulty

  • Early game is now set to Normal difficulty (planned for the full 1.0 release).

  • The previous hardcore difficulty is now Heroic Mode, unlocked after completing Normal in the full game.

  • This change makes the early game less frustrating, improves completion rates, and still offers a challenge for veteran players.

UI / UX Improvements

  • Speed Zone icon changed from ⚡ to 👟 for better readability

  • First-Strike Token icon updated to match 👟 for consistency

  • Card frames redesigned so rarities are immediately recognizable

  • Operational and battle interfaces improved for clearer information and smoother controls

🔹 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Hawkeye’s Ultimate Skill animation issue

  • Fixed Hero positioning issue after using an Ultimate Skill

  • Fixed card text overlapping graphics in certain situations

This update is a big step toward making Seekers Alliance: Hero’s Journey more accessible and fun for everyone.
