addedTHE ANIMA DEVIANT IN ALL OF USMany Elite damage-dealing abilities are going unused for boss encounters, deemed undesirable for the crowd-control elements that cause the ‘Rising Vigour’ effect present on many bosses. To alleviate this issue and encourage greater variety in your builds, Issue #14 introduces a new mechanic: Anima Deviation. All dungeon and raid bosses now possess this effect, converting crowd-control elements on specific Elite abilities into additional physical damage. Abilities that are susceptible to Anima Deviation are marked as such, and the effect itself is visible as a buff on your target.
addedJUMP AROUNDWe’ve got new missions and improved combat; what else is there? Included in Issue #14 is the new Teleport Window , which is an interface element that replaces the Lorentzian Fabricator and Anima Conduit. This window allows you to conveniently teleport to a desired location without having to fumble around with inventory items. In addition to the teleport window, we also have new Jump Pad installations that hurl players up and away towards new heights! This new tech allows us to add fresh wrinkles to encounter and environment design; the results of which you’ll get to experience in Issue #14 .
changedANSWER THE CALLWrapping up, Issue #14 introduces a slew of balance changes, including a metric tonne of buffs to resource consumers and other abilities across all weapon types. PvP uniforms now apply additional effects to the Exposed, Debilitated, and Corrupted debuffs, and many signets have seen a round of tweaks in this update. Read the full update notes here ! Will you answer the Call of the Nameless? Or will the desert swallow you whole?
