1.0.1.4 Patch

Fix for a rare edge case in which meta progression could fail to appear.

This is a straightforward fix. I wanted to ensure that it unlocked for everyone who had participated in at least one run and had at least one currency.

For most, this issue would have resolved itself organically if it occurred in the first place. But if you are someone with a lot of remains and never understood what they were for or how to use them you should now have access to the "shop" in the main menu.
