We are pleased to inform you that the technical issue causing Ncash balances to incorrectly display as -1 has been successfully resolved.
Our team has verified all database entries, and all Ncash balances are now displaying correctly. Consequently, the Premium Shop has been fully reopened and is available for use. If the issue persist, please try to log out and join again.
