changedImprovements: + Characters optimization (only for all girls and boys DLCs)

changedCharacters: + LODs for NPCs: Decreased size of DLCs (-34GB) Increased FPC for 30%

changedGame play functions: + LODs for NPC (Enable/Disable in the settings menu)
