Repeated intro
Hey Everyone ! Long time no see. I have been hard at work on the game over the last few months and am making some really good progress. Because of this the demo is a little bit outdated and what better time to update it than Halloween !! 🎃

Full Patch Notes -
MAP
Changed map UI to a real world looking map
Added Indicators for points of interest (Workbench, Save, Storage Box)
Changed player icon to now reflect the direction the player is facing better
Added custom raycast system to implement the map selector. Player can now select which map they want to look at from an overworld camera.
MENU / UI
Added new main menu
Added volume sliders for individual parameters
Added Save / Load system
Changed death screen to accommodate the save load system
Changed pause menu Ui to accommodate save load system
Changed sfx that plays when the player is located by an enemy
Changed pickup sfx for key items
Changed PC bootup sfx
Changed PC prompt UI to better reflect KBM controls
Added sfx for workbench weapon placement
Added a no power prompt for the Motel PC and shutter door
COMBAT
Tweaked push amount and stun delay after push to give more breathing room
Tweaked enemy gore to make it more visceral
Added new knife animation along with changes to how the knife works. The player is now locked into place when swinging the knife. The knife now also provides a small amount of knockback.
Tweaked player movement while being hit. The player can now slowly move while hit. This helps to not become stun locked when dealing with multiple enemies.
Added a small hit indicator to the enemy to show whether the laser is aimed at them.
Added ability to press and hold to shoot.
VFX/ ASSETS
Added item pick up glow effect to highlight pickup-able items
Changed well crank animation to show the key in the bucket clearly
Tweaked fog opacity
Tweaked rain amount and changed audio
Added new vfx for when the player is blocked by some objects. The objects now smoothly fade out to around 20% opacity.
Changed tree wind animation to use a shader. This should solve any performance issues people were having.
Tweaked lighting changes to indoor areas to make them appear darker
Changed handgun model to new improved Silver 9 model
Changed shotgun model
Changed stumble animation to play a bespoke animation when pushed based on if the player is in front or behind them.
Added a small amount of screen shake to when the player receives damage.
Tweaked enemy attack animations
Changed Sam Allen cutscene dialogue and animation.
Tweaked shed location and rotation next to Lakeview Motel
Added ragdoll for player death.
BUG FIX
Fixed issue where PC ui screen would move
Fixed foreign keyboard layouts not working as expected
