What changed

0 fixes1 addition2 changes0 removals
  • Server
  • Balance
  • Gameplay
changedSadly many of the old entries have been lost to time (and a server implosion), but you can see a few of them here .
changedHalloween’s rolling around and we just happen to be finishing up our second Sam & Max remaster,* so we’ve decided to bring back the Halloween contest, 2021-style! Submit your entries to contest@skunkapegames.com for a chance to win the remastered version of Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space on your platform of choice, when it comes out. Please include how you’d like to be credited if we share your entry. (Your name or handle, website URL, Twitter, etc.)
addedAs always, the rules are fairly lax: be creative, keep it legal, and don’t do anything that would make baby Jesus cry. (Making baby Jimmy Hoffa cry is totally fine!) It has to be Sam & Max related, Halloween theme optional. And it’s okay if it’s not something brand new that you created just for this contest, we’ll never know!

Back when Telltale’s Sam & Max games first released, we held a little arts and crafts contest every Halloween. Entries could be anything Sam & Max related… fan art, Halloween costumes, Max-shaped cookies… one year someone even carved Max’s head into a pumpkin and set it on fire! (Note from our lawyers: please don’t set things on fire.)

Sadly many of the old entries have been lost to time (and a server implosion), but you can see a few of them here.

We’ll choose our favorite entry—or maybe more than one favorite?—based on creativity, originality, Maxinality, and whatever other -ities strike us in the moment. We’ll also share some of the entries on Twitter for all to enjoy. You can enter as many times as you want, but you can only win once.

Send in your entries by October 31 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time (spooky!) and we’ll announce the winner(s) on November 1.

*Shhh, that’s a secret! We haven’t officially announced it yet!
