Salmon Tower changes
Thank you all for playing and climbing, here's the 1.1 patch. Some much needed Quality of Life improvements and other tweaks!
-Added the ability to hop off of walls instead of just the ground
-Added the ability to hop while hitting a wall surface, combining the hit+hop forces for a little extra boost.
-Drought Tower speedrun achievement nerfed from 10 minutes ---> 15 minutes. It was way too punishing.
-You can now skip the "results screen"
-Secret Falls visuals partially redone
-Secret Falls "Angles" section adjusted a bit, especially offscreen tricky jumps more visual guidance.
-Tweaks to the levels here and there.
-Made gems gold instead of blue (which makes more sense!)
Controller:
-Controller would lock to 45 degree angles even with joystick, now properly aims in all 360 degree directions.
-Controller bug where Left-Trigger or Right-Trigger doesn't grab a ring
-Controllers are nearly fully supported, give it a try! (approval from steam soon)
Tweaks / Bugs:
-Decent performance improvement from batching draw calls and other things (some area's draw calls from ~400 to ~100)
-Fixed bumper strange launch horizontally
-Fixed bumper causes Salmon to phase through objects at high speeds
-When following a ghost, any movement or jump will properly revert back to the player view
-Larger dash circle UI
-Showing the next rank on results screen.
-Time Splits UI limited to last 10 checkpoints, unless pausing to see all
-Fixed screen capture issues (hopefully)
Added moderation scripts for banning cheaters!
