Please note that this demo is a limited preview of what’s to come and is not meant to reflect the quality of the final product. It is an incomplete build meant to share a small part of Sally, whilst testing out some features in their early stages. This work in progress can only hint at the many final features, mechanics, accessibility options and content that are still to be polished and/or added to the final product. Sally will come to early access in Q4 next year.
New Patch Release!
Thanks to everyone who already took the time to fill in a bug report. Our team has been hard at work fixing the demo to make a more enjoyable product for everyone, and a new version is now available!
In this patch, we:
Made the foundry station more intuitive and added clearer instructions
Fixed the cast selector bug in the foundry
Enhanced AI navigation
Fixed bugs that stopped progression
Fixed bugs concerning UI and controls display
Shortened loading times
Added a loading screen
Adjusted sound balance (lowered the machine room, for example)
Fixed how the crewmates interact with the cauldron station
Fixed your crewmates running away with the game’s camera
Slowed down the progression of days
Fixed an array of other small bugs and frictions.
Please note that some frictions in gameplay are due to incomplete features in the demo. For example, the final inventory will be larger, with stackable slots.
Apologies in advance for all and any bugs still present. Should you encounter some, you are welcome to fill in the bug-report form, so our team can address them. We are also open to all accessibility requests. Whilst realistically, we couldn’t add these features to the demo, we would love to make sure they’re present in the early access version of the game, in Q4 2025.
Bugs will be addressed for the duration of the Steam Next Fest - please don’t forget to update your demo to the latest version available!
