North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) : January 20, 8 AM PST Rest of the world: January 22, 3 PM PST / 6 PM EST / January 23, 12 AM CET If the download in the Steam client does not start for you, try restarting Steam or verifying files (right click on Saints Row: Gat out of Hell in your Library -> Properties -> Local Files tab -> Verify integrity of game cache...).
