changedthere was a bug with the decypher mode where if a player where to quickly click "MMB" the decypher mode would spawn multiple other instances of itself.
fixedThis has now been fixed meaning you only can activate it and deactivate it and not be bugged by having to get wooped by the goons and restart.

The bug was caused by not restricting access to the script that triggers the decypher mode
