Saga & Seeker changes
We have released an update for both the Standard and Early Access versions. The following changes have been implemented:
Steam Workshop Support
Upload Your Creations: You can now upload your custom quests and characters to the Steam Workshop directly from the Quest Selection screen and Character Editor.
- Play Community ContentQuests and characters shared on the Steam Workshop are now playable in-game. Simply "Subscribe" to content on the Steam Workshop page, and it will become available for selection within the game.
UI Overhaul: Categorized Tabs The Quest and Character Selection screens have been updated with tabs to help you organize your content:
Official: Content provided by the development team.
Original: Content you have created yourself or imported locally.
Workshop: Content you are currently subscribed to via the Steam Workshop.
New Content
Contest Winners: We have implemented 8 winning entries from the "Character & Scenario Submission Campaign" held during the Closed Beta Test.
- Official ScenariosAdded 4 new official scenarios.
UI Adjustments: Various minor UI improvements and refinements.
Important Notes Regarding Steam Workshop:
Terms of Service: You must agree to the Steam Workshop Terms of Service to use these features.
- Steam OverlayThe Steam Overlay must be enabled in your Steam client settings. You can check this via: Steam (top-left) > Settings > In-Game > "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game."
Syncing Subscriptions: Due to Steam Workshop system processing, subscribed data may take a few moments to appear in-game or may require a restart. If your content does not appear after a few minutes, please try restarting the game.
Upload Delay: It may take some time for newly uploaded data to be reflected on the Steam Workshop page. If you want to share your creation immediately, we recommend using the specific Workshop URL assigned to your submission.
- Data DeletionQuests or characters may be deleted from the Workshop without notice by the original uploader, Steam, or the administration team. In such cases, the data may also be removed from your game. However, if a quest or character is deleted while you are currently mid-quest, you will be able to continue using it until that specific quest is completed.
Thank you for your continued support of Saga & Seeker!
