Added option for "No Timer"
When playing Campaign you can choose (in Options) for enemies not to have their attack timer enabled. The Timer will however still be enabled in Endless Mode as it has Leaderboards.

- Smol Fix- Defeat Screen now accepts Mouse Button as well (previously Spacebar) - Main Menu now shows installed DLCs in top right corner --> additionally, made a 2nd DLC check for Endless unlock in hopes of solving a bug
