So, ladies and gentlemen, after squeezing out as much work as I could in the last few days I can proudly announce that the game has gamepad support now! Well sort of...
This is far from a complete and proper implementation, but it is a start. The game can be played fully with a gamepad, but input rebinding and glyphs indicating inputs are missing. The menu and map navigation can also be a bit tricky. But it works, so go try it out! And if you encounter any issues or have suggestions, be sure to submit them via Discord or the feedback button in the main menu.
Also, this update has a bunch of fixes and balance improvements, but I couldn't fix every bug and issue that came up the last few days. I'll be working on them in the coming days.

Fixed miswritten description for the Power Of Greed perk
Fixed a few perk descriptions
Fixed a few status bar tooltips
Fixed side weapons targeting the final boss's shield
Fixed some perks bugging out when one or all side weapons are missing
Fixed lost wreckage event cutscene not ending sometimes
Fixed typo on map legend panel
Fixed worse player stats when starting from tutorial

Nerfed Covert Craft mercenary
Increased Federal electric weapon charge time
Rebalanced Titanate and Enlightened Boss health and attacks
Made Velan boss spawn a bit more mines
Nerfed enemy mine damage (not by a lot mind you)
Made Act III easier
Swapped and tweaked Forge and Workshop sell and dismantle areas
Increased player starting turning speed
Increased dash upgrade's effectiveness on dash cooldown
