PATCH 1.462: KOREAN LANGUAGE, SINGLE-PATCH BOOT AND NEW FONT

Because of this, the game will now take a little longer to load and hopefully there will be no more loading errors. 2. Added Korean language. Thanks to a player named Oohyo for the translation. 3. Replaced the font in 99% of places. Some places still have the old one, you might have missed it. 4. updated the German translation. 5. Updated the Italian translation. 6. Transportation should now run. Previously, transportation might not drive due to widgets caused earlier. 7. Other minor fixes and improvements.
