Major update that adds a full world map along with a major AI overhaul !

Optimizations :

  • Big maps now use far less memory (~11 GB → ~4 GB) and run smoother.

  • The map editor now handles huge maps smoothly, with faster loading and saving.

Notifications :

  • Grouping of notifications of same type

  • Clickable notifications to go to the concerned country or view the conflict

  • Notifications are frozen when the cursor is over them to avoid misclicks

  • Response notifications: you now receive a notification when another country acts on your proposal (its decision).

AI :

  • The AI now actually processes its notifications: during its tick, each AI responds to the notifications it has received.

  • In Autonomous Diplomacy, the AI now also handles the player's notifications (proposals / requests).

  • AIs now make smarter decisions, weighing factors such as interest, relations, fear, trust, and more.

  • Automatic construction takes into account the state and needs of the country

  • Automatic production prioritizes heavily used equipment

Other :

  • Loss of organization when occupying provinces depending on their size and population

  • Fixed: a crash that could occur when a country was destroyed during its own tick.

  • Fixed: the map-mode (layer) selection menu no longer bleeds through the right-hand panel.
