This patch primarily focuses on runes and rewards:
Base runes can now drop in all battles. Previously, they were distributed across different realms (meaning you could only obtain the Spike rune in the Earth realm), making some of them difficult to acquire.
With the elemental pool now diluted by base runes, at least one elemental rune will drop in each row in the reward panel. (If you really want something specific to drop, use Focus.)
Removed XP, Coins, and Shards information from the event popup menu. (They are still rewarded post-battle, but not important enough to be displayed here.)
Reworked Accelerate; it now allows you to draw more cards on the next turn.
Radiant now also counts as attacks.
Battle information on the left side is now hidden by default (you can turn it on in the settings).
There is now an indicator on the top left showing when your cards won't gain more XP.
Fixed an issue where units sometimes get pushed back in fast mode.
Fixed an issue where typing in the search bar in the Forge can trigger keyboard shortcuts.
