Moles no longer become invincible a few frames late
Time requirements for challenge more humanly possible
New achievements for the toughest challenges
VERSUS:
Grafitti time can now be set on seconds jumping in intervals of 15s
Countdown adjusts better to Extra Rules involving game speed
Changed blinking timing of score counter tvs so they are more easily readable
Added and polished sound for Extra Rules
OTHER:
Fixed "Previously on rumpus" sign size
Corrected a few issues with the French translation
Added Russian localization (thanks to @CharmyCthulhu!)
Mouse cursor now hides on fullscreen
Small text fixes
Fixed aligment of hint beneath arcade level preview
Reduced and refined quality settings
Fixed misc performance issues
