Rumble Club changes
We hope you’re thirsty for another game update, Punchies! Rumble Club 1.3 has just gone live with a new way to play - a new game mode, a new map, and a whole new jumping mechanic.
New Mode - Juiced Up In this variant to Punch Royale, crates and defeated players drop Juice Boxes which increase your punch power and punch resistance. Collect Juice Boxes for more power, or pick up a gadget to counter a more powerful enemy. In addition to Juice Boxes, punchies can now also jump in Juiced Up! Use a new button to leap into the air to clear obstacles, avoid punches, or save yourself from falling into the goop.
New Map - Finish Line A new map has entered the rotation as well, a sports arena called Finish Line. This one is in preparation for the first annual Punchie Games coming later this summer, stay tuned for more on that event!
Bug fixes
Lots of improvements to connectivity.
Fixed a bug where initial one-time spawned gadgets would not fall into the goop with their tiles.
Walk the Planks and Old Punchie Town now properly support spawns in 10v10
Fixed a bug where Fans didn’t fall into the goop on Walk the Planks
Fixed a bug where swinging hammers didn’t fall into the goop on Walk the Planks
Fixing a bad scoring zone in King of the Hill on Punchington Castle
Fixed an issue causing knockback in Spaced Out to be reduced in gravity domes
Fixed south controller face button triggering Play Again after matches
Fixed Korean characters failing to display correctly in some cases
Fixed sword swing SFX not triggering with the Sword and Board
Fixed some cosmetic skins not displaying their names
Fixed an edge case allowing private matches to start with too many players
Balance
Updated Hamster Ball ability to slam down to the ground rather than jump if you are already airborne when activating it.
