Row Hard changes
We’ve been in development for almost a year now. By the end of summer we actually had a playable build… and after a few playthroughs we realised one simple thing:
it was just boring. And that had to change.
So we dove back in:
played a lot more reference games,
reworked the core mechanics from the inside,
gave each building its own unique feature,
completely rewrote the story.
If before we had around 12 cutscenes, now there are 30+, and it’s still growing.
Previously, you only had one meaningful choice at the very end — now we’re adding three branching points in the middle of the story as well.
Right now we’re actively putting everything back together and drawing tons of new content. Hopefully, we’ll have something big to show you soon.
