Day 1(ish) patch

A lot of small optimizations. Hopefully things should run a little better - implemented dynamic resolution. There is currently no way to turn this off, will be added in a future patch.

This will only trigger when the game dips below 30fps so you shouldn't notice it too much. I would recommend lowering your graphics settings before relying on this. It'll look better
