Notes on translations for workshop:

  • Translations must be placed in the /translation-kit folder so that the game can publish them on the Steam Workshop.

  • An image called “preview.png” is generated, which will be used as a logo/icon in Steam Workshop. You will need to edit it.

  • If you need to correct a translation because there were grammatical errors or because the game was updated with more dialogue (future changes related to this), you will be able to update the translation.

  • To obtain the ID for your translation, go to your profile and search for the articles you published in the workshop. Then access the item and the ID you need to use to update the translation will appear in the URL displayed by the Steam client.
