addedYes, I'm still working on thisI know that some of might have thought this project was abandonned, considering the absolute lack of updates to the Steam Page. Here's a little summary of what happened since last year : I started working and transform my early prototype to a full game, but I encountered some design roadblocks that lead me to halt developpment and give myself time to think about the game. In the meantime, I also dealt with IRL stuff that took me a lot of hours in the day. But since october 2024 I have been resuming work on the project, marketing and such (you might have seen the game resurface on tik tok for the past few months) So yeah, I now have a pretty good idea of what the game should look like, and even if I still have a lot of content to make, I'm pleased to announced I finally have a little demo for you to try
changedSo, where's the demo ?If you want to try it out, you can find it on my itch.io here The game looks a bit different than the trailer, especially the town part. I had to redesign the entire thing after realizing that the whole thing looked cool but was really boring. I hope I didn't change it too much that you would think I'm doing a bait and switch, I just refined the early prototype (that I used to make the old trailer) to find a good and pleasant gameplay loop.
changedSo, where's the demo ?If you want to keep in touch during developpment, we also have a discord server for the game
changedSo, where's the demo ?I'm going on vacation as soon as this post goes live, so I won't be able to fix bugs for a few days, but I will make sure to list them so I can hack at them as soon as I come back. I have also planned to revamp the steam store page to better reflect the current state of the game.
addedOn another note, I made a new game as a small side projectThis month I also challenged myself to make a small game in about a month, from start to finish. It's called Orb Tower and it should be releasing reaaaallly soon. The game is finished, I'm basically just waiting for Steam to approve the final build. It's a new take on the bubble-popping gameplay reminiscent of classics such as Puzzle Bobble or Bust-A-Move, but with tons of little changes that make it a unique and fresh take on the genre. I hope you'll like it! You can wishlist it on Orb Tower's Steam Page to be notified once it comes out!

Keep in mind that this is a really early demo. There will be bugs, there will be missing content, there will be weird stuff. But I think it still has enough working pieces to give you a sense of what the final game will look like.

If you want to keep in touch during developpment, we also have a discord server for the game

As always, thank you!!!

This game has recieved such a big interest from so many people, I'm really excited to work on it, even if it's a lot of work. I'm glad that you're able to connect with my silly little idea, and I hope you will enjoy the demo!

Peace ❤️ Pierre
