Update 1.0.8 - Skippable Dialogs

Added a way to skip dialog so that players who are speedrunning or replay levels for badges don't need to sit through mandatory conversations. Use for keyboard and for Controller to skip the current dialog immediately.

changedJumping on bats in the finale will now always propel the player highly whether they hold the jump button or not. This should support players who are not aware that holding jump while jumping on monsters will cause them to jump higher.
