addedFirst, we released a small update for RollerCoaster Tycoon® Deluxe on 5/28/14 to increase compatibility with new Operating Systems (Win 7 and 8). One side effect we have seen is the update may erase your saved games. However, there is a solution to get your saved progress back. After you have already updated the game, you need to rename the file CSS0.DAT to OLD_CSSO.DAT. This file can be found at this path: \Steam\steamapps\common\RollerCoaster Tycoon Deluxe\Data
addedSecond, new players who downloaded the game after 5/28/14 are unaffected.
changedThird, we are working on fully compatible FIGS versions of the game that we plan to give to all players for FREE! Please make sure to back-up your saved games because changing languages will overwrite your saved game.

The Saved Games folder is located in your Steam installation folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\RollerCoaster Tycoon Deluxe\Saved Games.

After you back up the entire Saved Games folder, copy the contents back in once you are done with the update. Now relive the entire franchise from its beginnings!
