Rogue State Update 1.38

Hi everybody, I have uploaded a small update that fixes two bugs that have been reported recently:

• Under some circumstances, the growth prediction in the bottom panel would show wrong numbers.

• Saving the game while the settings window is open could leave the panels unresponsive.
