Repeated intro

Hey Samurai,

What changed

  • Gameplay
addedRogue Samurai was our very first game, and honestly, we learned a ton. Unfortunately, many of you felt the rough edges and our early mistakes—we simply couldn’t make the game everything we originally dreamed of. Still, seeing players from all around the world enjoying it and sharing feedback was incredibly rewarding for us. Due to tough economic conditions facing our studio, we’ve had to shift our focus to new projects.
addedDespite this, we deeply appreciate every single one of you who supported Rogue Samurai, helped us grow, and stuck with us on this adventure. We’re currently working on some exciting new projects, and we can’t wait to show you what's next. If you have any memories, screenshots, or stories from your time playing Rogue Samurai, please share them—we'd love to see them!

I grew up in a small village, and my favorite memories from childhood involve the breeze gently sweeping through lush green fields, making everything look like a painting. Years later, while reading Musashi’s story in Vagabond, I saw a scene that took me right back to those days, sparking the idea behind Rogue Samurai. Because of this personal connection, I put my heart into making the game, but as a first-time developer, I couldn’t fully translate this vision into reality. For this, I truly apologize.

We've had an amazing journey together since the launch of Rogue Samurai. Your enthusiasm, feedback, and support have meant everything to our little team.

Today, we want to be completely open with you about the game's future. After a lot of thought, we've decided not to continue updating Rogue Samurai. It was a tough choice, but we believe it's important to be honest with the wonderful community that’s been with us since the beginning.
