Rogue Mansion changes
Version 1.3 of the Rogue Mansion Closed Beta test is now available! This patch hotfixes some bugs, and makes some minor mechanical adjustments to help smooth the flow within the current balancing; major re-balancing and mechanic adjustments have been avoided, in order to help keep the experience more consistent in this beta testing round.
Patch notes:
Fixed a bug where the Breastplate Keychain appeared in Venalis’s shop instead of the Charm Dispenser.
Fixed a bug in the Antique Room puzzle where its icon didn’t disappear from the map when solved and progress showed incorrectly on the results screen.
Various localization fixes.
Added a new puzzle in the outdoors area.
Adjusted the number of item containers in most rooms.
Increased the Gold Coins cap to 9,999.
Adjusted cursed enemies’ health, behavior, and spawn chance.
Adjusted the amount of available ammo for the Burst Handgun.
Minor tweaks to the Revolver and Sawed-Off Shotgun stats.
Added an informational message in the Points Shop explaining how it works.
Weapons sold by Venalis and charms from the Charm Dispenser no longer repeat in consecutive runs.
Adjusted points penalty for using Soothing Tablets.
Note: Any runs currently in progress will become corrupted and must be restarted. The overall save data will not be affected.
