Repeated intro

Hello

What changed

0 fixes1 addition3 changes0 removals
  • Balance
  • UI and audio
  • Gameplay
changedOf course, there were more questions and answers and you can learn all of that in the full report we will share via email with the newsletter subscribers. There were some issues we managed to identify - for example, the lack of clarity as to how the Neural capacity works, what are conditional events and what are the Traits. The key question is - what do we do with this feedback?
addedHere are a few key things we decided to make our top priority: 1) Finalize the UI and make it more user-friendly 2) Add special hints and a help button that would help everyone better understand how the game works and learn it in no time. 3) Solve some technical issues that we found thanks to your feedback (For example we already reworked the way the screen resolutions are handled) 4) Fix a few issues that were overlooked in the art assets of the game to further increase its quality.
changedPreviously, we planned to deliver the “expanded Demo” with Chapters 1 and 2 prior to the full home release - and that plan remains unchanged, At the same time seeing your feedback, we think that we would update the current Ddemo first with some changes and improvements and only after that release the expanded Demo. We are really looking forward to seeing your feedback materialize and make the game better.
changedThank you all for playing Robot’s Fate: Alice and sharing your feedback! You did your part - and now it is up to us to produce improvements based on your input.

The Demo was out for a few months and we are extremely thankful to everyone who played it, especially those who took their time to fill in the feedback form that could be found in the game. Now, we would like to share some key insights that we found through the feedback form. We would also provide an even more detailed report to everyone who subscribed to the Robot’s Fate: Alice newsletter in a week.

Overall impression

The overall feedback is quite positive and the most important thing for us is that most of the players are really interested in the story’s continuation.

We asked a few questions to see what the general impression is and how much do you enjoy the narrative of the game - as it is something that holds everything else together. Here is what we found:
