Some customers just can't handle one more beer. If you keep serving guests who've already had too much, don't be surprised when they leave behind a tactical vomit instead of a generous tip.

Clean it up fast, because the consequences go beyond an unpleasant mess. If a police officer spots vomit on the floor during an inspection, you could be looking at a hefty fine.

So pay attention to your guests, know when it's time to cut someone off, and keep your roadhouse clean. Sometimes saying"no"is the smartest business decision you can make.
