addedHello Truckers! Here's the newest update on the development of Road Truckers: New Beginning. But first, info about the update for Alaskan Road Truckers , which we know many of you still enjoy. We have it completed from our side and in testing. It's a brand new truck that will be added to the game for free! More about it soon.
addedHello Truckers!Back to the New Beginning! Some time ago we announced that we'd be doing a playtest for Road Truckers. That's the plan! However, right after that, we got invited to help out another game that's coming out very soon and could use our support. We agreed - we believe indies should help each other out when in need. So we had to postpone our playtest and demo a bit, and the full game will see the light of day in the second half of this year.
addedHello Truckers! This update of plans comes with something very positive. Thanks to that, we have more development time and can make the game better! What we will add are more lively environments, UI improvements, better sound effects, additional quests, and some visual flair - with more time, we are able to work more on our textures and materials.
changedHello Truckers! We are also improving, with testers from the publisher's side and from the community, our driving model. Our goal is to make the experience, especially on dirt roads and gravel, as gritty and immersive as possible. When you drive carelessly and lose grip, your rig starts skidding with that grating sound the wheels make on dirt and pebbles, and kicks up clouds of dust. That's the immersive experience we want.
addedHello Truckers! We’ll come with more updates and a playtest once we’re ready. For now, thank you for following us. If you’re new here and like what you see, consider adding our game to the wishlist. Cheers!
