And remember - a meal isn’t complete until everything comes together on the tray. Combine freshly grilled mains with hot fries or onion rings to serve the perfect roadside combo.

A smart cook knows the best strategy too: start the fryer first, then jump onto the grill while the sides are cooking.

Fast hands, good timing, and multitasking skills will be the key to surviving the busiest shifts on the roadside.
