Sup rizzlers?

We're back with another update for the demo! This time, we're expanding the core gameplay loop with new moves, spikes, and a NEW MONSTER GIRL for you to discover and seduce!

Here's the patch notes;

  • Added a NEW Monster Girl! No spoilers, but you can find her buzzing around deep in the Dauntless Dungeon!

  • Completely restructured Moves so they can have multiple effects, ranging from pure damage, to lifesteal, to ATK or DEF up or down.

  • Added a TON of new moves for a TON of different monsters to diversify the move pool and team building.

  • Added spike traps! While there are only a few in the Dauntless Dungeon, we have already incorporated them in our design process for the main game, along with a ton of other new traps!

  • Redid the mini-map icons to hopefully increase readability.

  • Swapped keybinds for strafing and turning. For all you WASD gamers out there, trust me, it's worth adapting to. (I will consider adding keybind support in the future, please let me know if this is something you want in the in-game feedback form!)

  • Restructured how keys are handled.

    • There is a small amount of player's who save files are bonked because of this, namely if you saved and closed the game with a key in your inventory. If this is you, please reach out in the Steam Discussions. That being said, if you feel the need to just restart your save and you have already collected Demo(n) Bouquet, it will be maintained.

  • Improved ambient fog and post-processing.

  • Rizzs now properly randomize in the rizz window. A rizz will always be right or wrong, their position in the window just changes.

  • Completely revamped Monster spawning. Monsters are now in Common, Uncommon, and Rare pools, with Rare Monsters only spawning on the second to last floor of the Demo.

Thank you for all the love we have received around the demo, and we hope this patch makes your rizzing experience as smooth as your pickup lines!
