Fixes: - fixed a situational battle unit move crash - fixed a rare (but then persistent) end of turn crash - fixed a situational battle end crash due to walls - fixed wanderer path routes blocking incorrectly with some road configurations or not following roads - Added more potential generals for players, this was potentially causing a crash as well on long games with many armies. - fixed mercenary crash for static mercenaries used in challenge mode. - fixed some other rare user reported crashes that are happening due to changes in 1.3.0 or additions necessary for the upcoming DLC
