RIG Riot changes
(Sorry for the late patch notes, I literally forgot to click the "Publish" button smh) Hey folks- lots of changes, fixes, and tweaks in this one. Many of these are based on community requests so let me know what you think. There are also definitely things I forgot to mention so keep an eye out and keep the feedback coming.
Features/Content
Added a Manual Aim mode that can be toggled in the Gameplay Settings
Added a Setting to adjust the opacity of your reticle, located in the Interface Settings
Added a Setting to toggle whether you are able to switch targets while firing. Previously the default behavior was that you could not switch while firing, the new default is that you can.
Implemented Melee weapon swing delay
You can now change which side your starter weapon is equipped to by clicking the weapon button again
Added new enemies to the horde pool
Changes
Objective-related enemies are now teleported back to the objective if they move too far away
Reverse Joint Legs have had their stats adjusted as part of the implementation of Quad Legs
Melee Dashes are now activated regardless of Dash Boost cooldown state. They do still require energy
Updated target selection priority settings to make it harder to create a "bad" setup
Volatile Mods now show the stats they will improve passively before they actually affect those stats
Profiles now display the last time they were saved
Visual changes to menus
Added a slight delay before color personalization is applied to improve performance
Your starter weapon is now equipped when visiting the firing range
You now load back into the garage upon exiting the firing range instead of the start menu
Your equipped part is now re-focused upon hovering off of a part
Note: This is because some folks mentioned that they accidentally equipped part mods to unintended parts, let me know if this helps or doesn't
Difficulty scaling is no longer paused upon beginning your final boss encounter
Difficulty scaling now increases more quickly after 15 minutes
Balance
Increased armor efficacy
Slight reduction to bonus scrap drop quantity scaling rate
Slightly increased base health scaling for a few Major Objective enemies
Increased maximum swing delay for Pile Bunker (0.2s -> 0.3s)
Reduced proto scout generator output efficiency (160 -> 142)
Doubled efficacy of Brawling Binge and Recovery Window
Reduced duration of the Infested status
Reduced efficacy of Enthusiastic Infestation
Adjusted application interval of A Little Something
Bug Fixes
Fixed hard lock breaking when enemy is off-screen
Improved loadout snapshot display accuracy
Brace no longer gets -75 reload speed upon leveling up
Adjusted maximum reload speed for Auxiliary Launcher (0s -> 0.3s)
Adjusted maximum reload speed for Repeater (0.1s -> 0.4s)
Fixed "Go Back" Keybind not working from settlement menu
