addedIn Early Access, we are only tested on standard Vive audio systems. External audio systems may cause gameplay to not function. Please note - our music gameplay system is separate to our regular audio. So you may hear sounds, or move around, but not be able to initiate gameplay. Here are some FAQs and you can always contact us at support@imexmedia.com 1) I can not hear any audio: Check your Windows (PC) Audio Setting for Playback devices (through the Windows Control panel). Sometimes it needs not just the Vive or Rift to be Enabled, but another device to be Disabled. 2) The game can not hear my voice when I grab the mic: Check your Windows (PC) Audio Setting for Record devices (through the Windows Control panel). Sometimes it needs not just the Vive or Rift to be Enabled, but another device to be Disabled. 3) I hear some music and sounds (eg in the Main Menu, or the Tutorial) but the music does not playback and the game does not run: This is usually the result of a “hot swap” where you changed audio devices while the game is running. Often exiting to the Main Menu (Lobby) will reset the audio. Otherwise RESTART RIFF VR with the Audio settings you want set before you do the restart.
