Hello, to help us solve the game crashes on your PC, we ask you to follow these steps to create a Dump file. Please make sure that you do what follows jsut after a crash, and leaving the windows pop up window related to crash open.

  1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
  2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
  3. Type sysdm.cpl in the text field
  4. Click OK 2.Click on the Advanced tab 3.Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button 4.Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked 5.Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box 6.Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect. 7. Launch the game 8. Leave the error page open 9. Go to the task manager 10. Right click on the application (look for the name of the game) 11. Click on "Create Dump File" 12. Go to %systemroot%\Minidump 13. Take all the files, put them in a .zip folder and upload them here If you have problems let us know and we'll help you. If the file is bigger than 10mb upload it to Dropbox or Wetransfer and then link it here. Thanks. Milestone Team
