Ship Count Fix + Menu Polish, etc.

This is just a little update mostly to correct a ship count bug in the HUD. Also includes some nice adjustments to the title screen menu layout as well as the About screen layout.

Also includes some nice adjustments to the title screen menu layout as well as the About screen layout. On top of that, the About screen now includes mention of the game's soundtrack.
