Top Improvements

  • Save game improvements - we should now be properly restoring your progress

  • Addressed various Crossplay bugs

  • Achievements are now properly awarded in coop

  • Fixed various crash reports

  • Improvements to keyboard and mouse controls and further fixes to key binding to support more keyboard types

  • Make sure all Kindex categories can be completed at 100%

  • Added scrolling whenever you are traversing a list - you can now hold down the D-pad and scroll to the friend you want to invite, for example, instead of tapping down dozens of times

Gameplay

  • Alphabetical sorting of the Kindex to help identify what exactly you’re missing when trying to 100%

  • Show exact number of entries at the top of each Kindex tab

  • Fix discrepancies between Kindex entries and map stats

  • Aim assist now better helps target weakpoints

  • Radically improved the feel of various behaviours while playing coop in poor network conditions (running and sprinting, ledge grab, jumping, diving, interactions, etc)

  • Animation fixes on idles and object interactions

  • Camera fixes on reprint animation

  • Drone navigation improvements

  • Parry improvements (feedback, animation, etc)

  • Fixed issues with the carryable crate

  • Improved Hognork’s navigation to avoid the impression that the correct method to capture him was to stand on a rock.

  • Improved and fixed various creature reactions to ingredients

  • Flying critters improvements

  • Flyers behavior improvements

  • Navigation improvements

  • Improved underwater scanning

World and Quests

  • Fixed several instances where the player could get stuck in collisions, or escape the world due to missing collisions or holes in the map

  • I Take That Back quest improvements (clarified the location and markers for the Resources Backup Storage)

  • Quest triggering fixes

  • Provide better clues for the location of missing suit items

  • Upgrade-O-Rama Challenges - added more granular progress when needed

  • Clarify rewards for No Rock Unturned quest

  • Added per-planet info to the No Rock Unturned quest

  • Add end game hint for Homeward Bound quest

  • Fixed various Out of Bounds issues

  • Missing VOs on scannable

  • Clarified which side of large upgrade chests you can interact with

Performance and Graphics

  • Refactor game user settings and video settings to provide more granular control over performance

  • Various VFX optimizations to improve performance

  • Improvements to the performance when opening various menus

  • Various other performance improvements

  • Water material updates

  • Addressed various rendering issues

  • Improved stutters during cinematics present for some users

Habitat and Creatures

  • Improve placement of wall decor

  • Improvement to interactions with habitat objects

  • Various building mode improvements (placement of objects, snapping to the wall, objects facing the right way, etc.)

  • Fixed creatures spawning from portals

Audio

  • Addressed various audio replication issues causing looping sounds or duplicated sounds

  • Fixed several instances of overlapping VOs

  • Various usability fixes

  • Addressed various small bugs with labels
