During the recent update, an unexpected issue caused the save data of some users to be lost. Although we quickly identified the issue and performed a rollback of the game data, some users' data were not restored. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to the users who lost their data.

If your save file was lost, please contact us at guildstudio2022@gmail.com. We will recreate a save file that reflects your progress as closely as possible and deliver it to you individually. We promise to support you as quickly as possible.

The information needed for data recovery includes:

1. The progress in the Sanctum that you remember

2. Information on your units (unit names, owned Stigmata, and upgrades)

3. Your progress in the acts

4. NPCs you corrupted

5. Player log and current save data

If you provide us with these details, we will recreate and deliver a save file as close as possible to your lost data. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
