addedHappy New Year Everyone! So, I recently ran into an issue with a Royalty Free track I bought for RetroGunX, essentially the main menu track and gameplay music. I since contacted the artist and enquired if they could supply me with costs for me to license some of their other tracks for RetroGunX, or if they would be interested in composing custom tracks for RetroGunX which I would pay for. Their reply was to the effect that only the loops in the bundle were Royalty Free, not the actual track, and so I was forced to remove the track from the game. All music in the latest update (version 0.1.4.d) is temporarily muted for now, but next week I’ll post another update with the new audio track. So I’ve made contact with a brilliant sound design studio called Audio Militia, that will be composing an original custom soundtrack for RetroGunX! The first track will be done next week, with more tracks to follow in the coming weeks and months as budget allows. I’ve been forced to take a step back these last 2 months to focus on some client work, but I’m eager to dive back into development of RetroGunX and take it to the next level! This is going to be an exciting year ahead for RetroGunX! Thank you all for your support and patience! Game on! Cheers, Brent
