So, what have we been working on throughout April? Let’s dive in 👇

Preparing the Alpha

We spent a significant amount of time organizing our schedule and production plans, especially regarding the Alpha planned for Q2 this year. This phase will be available to our Kickstarter backers, while we’ve also started preparing a few things for the Beta.

We now have a clear vision of where we want to go and what we want to show you. We hope to share more details very soon, and we can’t wait for you to discover what’s coming!

On the art side

Several areas of the game are still under development, and many new assets have been created to bring them to life. May should allow us to show you even more of the game.

We are currently working on the area that will host our Provençal villa, turning it into a true little paradise. At the same time, we’re giving the harbor a fresh new look to make it a pleasant place, while also making progress on the implementation of a campsite area.

On the development side

Our developers did a spring cleaning after processing the feedback gathered during the playtest. It required a lot of work and time.

An optimization pass has been completed, along with numerous bug fixes. In parallel, another large task has begun: a complete rework of the communication ping system.

We’ll see you again very soon for the May Dev Diary, and don’t forget to complete your Kickstarter survey!
