Greetings Temperions! We becaome aware of issues with the Transmogrify Coupons not giving the proper amount of Transmogrify Credits. At 12:30 PM PDT we went down for an emergency maintenance to fix this. The maintenance has concluded at 4:45 PM PDT. Today's emergencey maintenance will include: -An explanation of how to Transmogrify equipment. (Hint: At the enchanting blacksmith). -Replace all Transmogrify Coupon [5] and Transmogrify Coupon [30] purchased. -Revert all the Transmogrify changes made. -Remove all the Transmogrify Credit obtained by selling the coupons. -Apply a fix to allow normal use of the new feature. -Extend Item Mall items (currently in bags) timers for the length of the maintenance today rounded up to the nearest hour). -Compensation bonuses for all users.
