What we're working on

First of all, thanks for playing Reign of Bullets! We've seen a lot of positive feedback on our game and that makes us both proud and happy.

What changed

0 fixes0 additions5 changes0 removals
  • Performance
  • Balance
changedPerformance! Especially on the survival mode and with a few very performance heavy weapons, the game can slow down to an unplayable state. It is our main focus to fix this.
changedBalancing: There are a few weapons (looking at you drone swarmer) that just deal too much damage with the right stats. Besides nerfing some overpowered weapons, most balancing boils down to less projectiles that deal more damage. This also to improve performance and visibility on the screen.
changedNext patch Next thing after performance is working on the survival mode and making it a bit more player friendly. Changes we have planned here:
changedBalancing hp increase per level and scrap gained per level.
changedBetter rewards from playing at a higher difficulty level: Besided having a higher chance on rare/epic loot, playing on a higher difficulty also increases the level of items that you find in a level. This is already adressed in v1.0.2 for the top 3 difficulty levels.

First of all, thanks for playing Reign of Bullets! We've seen a lot of positive feedback on our game and that makes us both proud and happy. But ofcourse, the game isn't perfect and we've also seen that there's still things to work on. Since the next patch is coming out a little later then expected, here's a few words on our plans on improving the game. Coming patch:

  • Performance! Especially on the survival mode and with a few very performance heavy weapons, the game can slow down to an unplayable state. It is our main focus to fix this.

  • Balancing: There are a few weapons (looking at you drone swarmer) that just deal too much damage with the right stats. Besides nerfing some overpowered weapons, most balancing boils down to less projectiles that deal more damage. This also to improve performance and visibility on the screen.

  • Bugfixing: There are still some serious bugs that we are fixing, next to a few smaller bugs.

Next patch Next thing after performance is working on the survival mode and making it a bit more player friendly. Changes we have planned here:

  • No more restarting from level 41! We're implementing milestones each 'x' levels.

  • Balancing hp increase per level and scrap gained per level.

  • Better rewards from playing at a higher difficulty level: Besided having a higher chance on rare/epic loot, playing on a higher difficulty also increases the level of items that you find in a level. This is already adressed in v1.0.2 for the top 3 difficulty levels.

We hope you like the planned changes, please let us know what else you would like to see on the discussion board!
