Added the wipeachievements command (does not wipe progress for progress-based achievements)
Fixed a bug where progress-based achievements didn't update properly when their requirements were changed (i.e. a new map added), preventing players who started playing on old versions of the game from completing them
Fixed an issue with achievement progress save serialization

Fixed a bug where when you died to a double barrel, it would not display the icon and some UI would get messed up.
Made the player apply jump force in the local up direction instead of the world up direction. This doesn't change the game at all, but allows for upside-down players to jump on custom maps.

Decreased required level for Double Barrel from 35 to 25.

Fixed a visual bug when shooting in the middle of a double barrel reload animation.
Increased the double barrel's knockback.
Allowed weapon knockback to be used on time trials.
