Fix for missing switchbacks in Chattanooga/Chickamauga maps

This update fixes missing switchbacks between hexes 2027, 1926, 1826, 1725 and 1625 in the Chattanooga and Chickamauga. This patch should add the switchbacks in even for previously saved games.
