addedInto the Dark ForestTo begin with, we just want to say that we have been working non-stop to get our AI bots versus mode, but in the meanwhile we have been updating the game with a few quality of life things. Steam post imageWe are super happy to introduce our new Biome: The Dark Forest. This is really a nice refresher for us as developers to finally have in the game, no more bright green... Now you can have a darker shade of green! We have many Biomes in the works, so you can expect a couple more in the Demo build.

To begin with, we just want to say that we have been working non-stop to get our AI bots versus mode, but in the meanwhile we have been updating the game with a few quality of life things. More customisation options will be available in future versions. Additional published updates:

  • End button animations and sounds

  • Unit Bar is a lot nicer (hover effect, select, deaths)

  • Cosmetic area now correctly bound

  • Biomes added in map select

  • Blocker density option in map select

  • Biome Hubs

  • New audio for hubs

Bug Fixes

  • (Mostly AI bot progress will have a huge update when that's actually working)

  • Fixed not being able to see friends sessions

  • Mac build variables (working on Mac build)

  • Units now occupy map when spawned
