Realms at War changes
Into the Dark Forest
Introducing Biomes and a Few other things for Realms at War.
To begin with, we just want to say that we have been working non-stop to get our AI bots versus mode, but in the meanwhile we have been updating the game with a few quality of life things. Steam post imageWe are super happy to introduce our new Biome: The Dark Forest. This is really a nice refresher for us as developers to finally have in the game, no more bright green... Now you can have a darker shade of green! We have many Biomes in the works, so you can expect a couple more in the Demo build.
You can now see and select your units in game, this also displays your units killed, making it a little easier to track which units you have used. More customisation options will be available in future versions. Additional published updates:
End button animations and sounds
Unit Bar is a lot nicer (hover effect, select, deaths)
Cosmetic area now correctly bound
Biomes added in map select
Blocker density option in map select

New audio for hubs
Bug Fixes
(Mostly AI bot progress will have a huge update when that's actually working)
Fixed not being able to see friends sessions
Mac build variables (working on Mac build)
Units now occupy map when spawned
