Formula for calculating the B.P. of swordsmen changed. (+ Bugfixes.)

The formula for calculating the Battle Power of swordsmen and archers has been changed. Now perseverance clearly acts on the bonus from garrisons (and from the palisades).

New formula: Swordsman Battle Power = (1 + + )* Archer Battle Power = (1 + + )* Previously, perseverance did not affect bonus from garrisons. Now, as I hope, garrisons and palisades will be more valuable.
fixedBugfixes (Nomads, Butcher's tent, Wagon)I recently fixed a bug in the game: together with assimilation of the elves you could get a hidden assimilation of the nomads. In fact, nomads can only be opened after 5 assimilations of elves. The nomads open the butcher's tent and the wagon. After the hidden nomads assimilation bugfix, these buildings could dissappear (if you built them). I apologize for that. I hope that all nomads bugs has been fixed and I can continue to work on assimilation bonuses.
