Power Upgrade
Heal: Instant heal tiles give an effect that lasts 2 turns, it also lets Heather change her abilities for 2 turns
Solar: Burn effect lasts 3 turns.
Self Enhancement
Solar: Lasts 3 turns
Void: Last 3 turns
Revitalise:
Heal: If block already has heal effect, it will transform that effect to a Power Upgrade Heal, otherwise it gives normal.
Solar: If block has an upgraded void or upgraded heal, it will give an even stronger power solar (one extra range from normal power upgrade), otherwise it gives normal
Void: if block already has void effect, it will transform that effect to a Power Upgrade Void
Pengy:
Main cooldown reduced by 3 turns. Now 22 turns.
Ernest:
Sub cooldown reduced by 2 turn. Now 1 turns
Zephyr:
Sub cooldown reduced by 1 turn. Now 7 turns.
