Notifications and other improvements

Previously, the error notification was a single sound, but now this sound will be accompanied by full notifications with an icon and a description of the problem! Not enough money, an unavailable feature or a closed detail - the new notifications will warn you about all of this.

Facilities and resources have gotten new counters. You will now be able to see the number of buildings built, resources stored and their limits!

Duration of contracts increased by ~50%, simplified difficulty made even easier, an indicator of running out of fuel appeared, added particles next to the selected research, introduced pause exit by pressing Space, now to accept and refuse a contract you must press and hold the appropriate buttons, and fixed some bugs!
